Ayyat & Co. advises English-speaking employees, employers and international businesses on employment law in Israel. We review employment agreements, termination procedures, unpaid wages, pension contributions and severance pay, and assist with negotiations and Labor Court proceedings.
Based in Hadera, we serve clients in Hadera, the Sharon region and the Triangle. Whether you received a hearing invitation, are considering dismissing an employee or need an Israeli employment contract reviewed, send the relevant records and any approaching deadline.

Frequently asked questions
Contracts and representation
Do you advise both employees and employers?
Yes. The office assists either side following a conflict check and agreement on the scope of work. We cannot act for both sides of the same dispute.
Can you review an employment contract in English?
Yes. Send the proposed agreement and explain the role, employer and place of work. Hebrew payroll or supporting documents can also be reviewed as part of the matter.
Dismissal and severance
What should I do if I receive a dismissal hearing invitation?
Send the invitation, employment agreement and relevant correspondence promptly. The advice will depend on the allegations, proposed date and employment circumstances.
Does a reference to Section 14 settle my severance pay entitlement?
Not by itself. The governing arrangement, salary covered, deposits and employment periods need to be checked before a conclusion can be reached.
Payment disputes and resolution
Can an employment dispute be resolved without a lawsuit?
Negotiation may resolve some disputes. We review the evidence, amounts at issue, deadlines and proposed settlement terms before recommending a route.
What documents help assess unpaid wages or pension contributions?
Collect payslips, attendance records, the employment agreement and pension deposit reports. These allow the payments actually made to be compared with the relevant obligations.
